Kitchen & Bath Remodeling in Naples, FL
From Old Naples and Park Shore to Pelican Bay and North Naples — owner-led kitchens and baths built for Gulf Coast light and the way you live.

Naples is our home base, and it is one of the most varied places in Florida to remodel. On a single day we might be measuring a 1970s galley kitchen in a Park Shore high-rise, a primary bath in a golf-course home in North Naples, and a full kitchen in an Old Naples cottage a few blocks from Fifth Avenue South. Each one comes with different rules, different logistics, and different expectations.
A&E 24 Renovations is a family-run, owner-led studio. Enmanuel and Ashley personally lead every project, lock a fixed scope and price before demolition, and keep you informed with weekly photo updates — whether you live here year-round or are reading this from up north.

What remodeling in Naples involves
City of Naples or Collier County? Only addresses inside the City of Naples limits — roughly Old Naples, Park Shore, Coquina Sands, the Moorings, Port Royal and nearby — are permitted by the City of Naples Building Department. Most homes with a Naples mailing address, including much of North and East Naples, are in unincorporated Collier County and are permitted through Collier County. We check which applies to your address and pull the right permits.
Condos and high-rises. Along Gulf Shore Boulevard, in Park Shore, and in Pelican Bay, most remodels happen in condominiums. That means an alteration application to the association, a certificate of insurance naming the association, sound underlayment rules for hard floors, freight-elevator reservations, and often a rule that major work happens only in the off-season. We prepare the construction details your board needs, not just a mood board.
Flood zones and older homes. Many coastal Naples homes sit in FEMA flood zones. When a renovation’s cost reaches 50 percent of the structure’s value, the “substantial improvement” rule can require the whole home to meet current flood standards. Most kitchen and bath remodels fall well under that line, but on large projects in older homes it is worth checking early — and we do.
The Naples projects we are asked for most
- Condo kitchen modernization. Opening a closed 1970s or 1980s condo kitchen, adding a peninsula or island, and switching to light, humidity-tolerant cabinetry and quartz.
- Spa primary bath. Curbless walk-in showers, full-height stone, and freestanding tubs where the space allows.
- Whole-condo refresh. Kitchen, baths, flooring and paint handled together while the owner is away for the season.
- Custom cabinetry and millwork. Made-to-measure kitchens, built-ins and vanities in the soft coastal palette Naples is known for.
What a Naples remodel typically costs
Naples spans a wide range of homes, so costs vary more here than anywhere else we work. As a planning guide, a condo kitchen refresh often runs $25,000 to $45,000, a full condo kitchen with layout changes $50,000 to $90,000, and a large custom kitchen in a single-family home $90,000 and up. Bathrooms range from about $8,000 for a cosmetic refresh to $45,000 and up for a full spa primary bath. Condo projects can also carry association fees or damage deposits, and coastal homes sometimes need extra work behind the walls. Whatever the scope, you receive a fixed price before demolition.
Timing your Naples project
Season shapes everything in Naples. Many condominiums restrict major construction between roughly November and April, and trades are busiest when residents are in town. The calmest path for most owners is to design and get approvals during season, then build from May through October. We plan backward from your target start date so the association application, permits, and long-lead materials are ready when the window opens.
Naples style: understated, light, and built to last
Naples taste is quiet wealth rather than flash. The kitchens and baths owners love here use soft or warm whites, pale oak, light natural or engineered stone, and simple, well-made hardware, with plenty of natural light. Heavy Tuscan finishes, dark cherry, and the gray-on-gray look of recent flips tend to feel out of place. We design with that palette in mind, while making sure every material also holds up to Gulf Coast humidity, so your remodel looks right for Naples today and still looks considered ten years from now.
