Kitchen & Bath Remodeling in Estero, FL
Owner-led kitchen and bathroom remodels for Estero’s gated and golf communities — from Grandezza and The Brooks to West Bay Club and Shadow Wood.

Estero grew up fast. Most of its neighborhoods were built as master-planned golf and gated communities between the 1990s and the 2010s, which means thousands of Estero homes still have the kitchens and bathrooms they were delivered with: raised-panel maple cabinets, speckled granite, builder-grade tile, and a garden tub in the primary bath that has not been used in years. The bones are good. The finishes are simply from another era.
That is exactly the work A&E 24 Renovations does best. We are a family-run, owner-led studio based in Naples, a short drive down US-41, and Enmanuel and Ashley personally lead every Estero project — from the first walkthrough to the final reveal. We set a fixed scope and price before any demolition, send weekly photo updates, and keep a tidy, respectful site inside your community.

What remodeling in Estero involves
Permits. Estero became an incorporated village in 2014, so building permits for Estero addresses run through the Village of Estero rather than Lee County. Most kitchen and bath remodels that move plumbing or electrical, or change walls, need a permit; a straight cabinet-and-counter swap often does not. We confirm the current requirements for your address and pull every permit the work needs.
HOAs and gate access. Nearly every Estero community has a homeowners association, and many have their own architectural review. Interior remodels are usually lighter on approvals than exterior work, but communities commonly regulate contractor insurance, work hours, gate passes, parking for trades, and where a dumpster can sit. We handle the paperwork with your management company before day one so nothing stalls at the gate.
Season. A large share of Estero owners spend part of the year up north. We plan design and selections while you are in town, build during the off-season, and coordinate with your Home Watch company so you come home to a finished home instead of a jobsite.
The Estero projects we are asked for most
- Builder-grade to custom kitchen. Replacing dated cabinetry and granite with soft, coastal cabinetry, quartz or quartzite, an island that seats the family, and better lighting. Many owners also open a wall to a dining room that is rarely used.
- Garden tub to walk-in shower. The single most common primary-bath request in Estero: remove the tub, build a curbless or low-threshold walk-in shower, and add a modern double vanity.
- Cabinet and counter refresh. For homes with sound layouts, new doors or cabinetry, new counters, and new hardware deliver a dramatic change for a fraction of a full remodel.
- Flooring and paint throughout. Large-format porcelain or luxury vinyl plank replacing tired carpet and small tile, finished with fresh paint, makes a 2000s home feel current.
Selections are easy here: the Miromar Design Center, right in Estero, is one of the region’s best places to see cabinetry, stone, tile, and fixtures in person, and we are happy to meet you there.
What an Estero remodel typically costs
Every home is different, but Estero projects fall into fairly predictable ranges because so many homes were built in the same era. A cabinet-and-countertop refresh that keeps the existing layout usually lands between about $25,000 and $45,000. A full kitchen with new custom or semi-custom cabinetry, quartz or quartzite, a larger island, and new lighting commonly runs $55,000 to $90,000, and more if walls move or appliances are integrated. A primary bath conversion from garden tub to walk-in shower typically falls between $25,000 and $45,000. We always give you a fixed number for your specific project before any work begins, so the range becomes a real price.
One Estero-specific tip: because neighbors often have the same floor plan, it is worth looking at what nearby homes in your community have already done. It helps you see what works in your layout — and what buyers in your community will expect if you ever sell.
